• Payment and Subscription Data:For subscriptions (Creator Pro or Pro Plus) or buying extra cookies (AI credits), we collect billing information. Payments are processed via Dodo Payments , and we do not store full payment card details.
• Analytics Preferences:Settings for tracking traffic, clicks, views, countries, and rates.
• Communications:Any information you provide in support requests, feedback, or interactions with us.
• Other Data:Information related to smart links (e.g., custom OG images, meta data in Pro Plus), account deletion requests, or exported data.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referral sources, pages viewed, time spent, clicks, and navigation paths.
• Analytics Data: Traffic sources, click rates, views, countries, and charts for your Link in Bio and other features.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies:We use cookies, local storage, and web beacons to enhance functionality, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings, but disabling them may affect Service performance.

Information from Third Parties

• Sign-Up Integrations: From Google during sign-up (e.g., name, email).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health data) unless you voluntarily provide it in AI prompts or other inputs.

• Service Delivery: Create and manage your account, customize themes, capture leads, generate smart links, provide Shiro AI outputs, display analytics, process payments, and enable exports or deletions.
• Improvements and Analytics: Analyze usage to enhance features, troubleshoot issues, and generate insights (e.g., traffic charts).
• Communications:Send service updates, notifications, marketing emails (with opt-out options), and support responses.
• Payments and Subscriptions:Handle billing, subscriptions, and extra cookie purchases.

• Research and Development:Create aggregated, anonymized data for internal analysis or AI training (without identifying you).

• Service Providers: who help us operate the service (payment gateways like Razorpay or Paddle, hosting providers, analytics services, email services, etc.). They will have access only to the data necessary to perform their functions.

• Business Transfers:In mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, your data may be transferred to the new entity.

Public elements of your Link in Bio (e.g., links, profile pictures, themes) may be visible to visitors, but we recommend reviewing third-party privacy policies for interactions beyond our Service.

Your data is stored on secure servers. Payment data is processed securely byDodo Payments, which may store and process information in accordance with their own policies and compliance requirements. Other service data (such as your account information, leads, analytics, and content generated with Shiro) may be stored in the United States or other regions where our cloud service providers operate.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. For example, leads and analytics linked to your account remain available during your subscription period. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or backup purposes.

Because CreatorBowl serves users globally (and processes payments via gateways outside India, etc.), data may be stored or processed in servers in different countries. We will take reasonable steps to ensure adequate protection and security of data transferred internationally (e.g. via contractual safeguards, standard clauses).

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR for EU, CCPA for California), you may have rights to:
