You may use CreatorBowl only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Service includes features such as Link in Bio (BentoBowl & ClassicBowl), Smart Links, Leads, Analytics, Shiro AI, Cookies (AI credits), and subscription plans (Free, Creator Pro, Pro Plus).

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some jurisdictions).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree not to misuse the Service (e.g., attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, reverse engineer, or use the Service for unlawful purposes).
• You agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content, or use Shiro AI for prohibited prompts (e.g., illegal, hateful, or adult content).

CreatorBowl offers free and paid plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees via Dodo Payments. Paid plans may renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel anytime in your account settings, effective at the end of the billing cycle.

• Free Plan: Limited access with monthly Cookies credits.
• Creator Pro & Pro Plus: Paid plans with advanced features (e.g., exports, advanced analytics, extra Cookies).
• Cookies (Credits): Virtual AI credits that power Shiro generations. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are non-refundable once used.

When you set your CreatorBowl username (used for your Link in Bio page and other features), you must choose a name that is respectful, appropriate, and does not infringe on the rights of others.

• Usernames must not violate intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights (e.g., you may not use the name of a celebrity, brand, or company you are not affiliated with).
• Usernames must not be offensive, vulgar, misleading, or intended to harass or impersonate others.
• You may not register a username for the purpose of reselling, profiting, or “squatting” on it without genuine intent to use it for your CreatorBowl profile.
• We reserve the right to reclaim or restrict usernames that violate these rules or that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or harmful to the Service or other users.

Your username is part of your public profile link (e.g., creatorbowl.com/yourname). Please choose carefully, as it will represent your presence on the platform.

Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. By completing a transaction, you authorize CreatorBowl and Dodo Payments to charge your selected payment method.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Refunds (if applicable) will follow the policies of Dodo Payments.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload on CreatorBowl. By posting, you grant us a limited license to display, host, and process your content as needed to provide the Service.

• Your Content: You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you share.
• Our IP: All software, trademarks, logos, and features of CreatorBowl are owned by us and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
• AI Output: Shiro AI generations are provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing and using them lawfully.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or for non-payment. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorBowl is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, unless otherwise required by local consumer laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.
